Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

If your order meets one of the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Bodelleinfo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s)

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be approved by our support team before sending anything back

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost or unreceived return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
